Who I am
This website and my games are made and published by Eddie Hernandez Hinestroza, a solo game developer. You can reach me at Eddie.hernandez.art@gmail.com.
This website
The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or forms, and it does not ask you for any personal data. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep standard access logs, such as your IP address, to run and protect the service.
My games
My games save your progress on your own computer. I do not run my own servers for them, and I do not collect your name, address, or payment details.
If you play on Steam or itch.io, those stores handle your account, purchases, and achievements under their own privacy policies.
If you sign in with an Epic Games account, the game uses Epic Online Services to read your Epic account ID and to record your achievement progress. Epic processes this data under the Epic Games Privacy Policy. I only use it to unlock and show achievements. You can play without signing in.
Sharing your data
I do not sell your data and I do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
To ask about data linked to your account, email me at the address above. You can delete your local save files at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
